Dreadful! Revolving dentists and dental assistants. I had a crown filling that failed and the dentist at that time said it was done correctly by the previous dentist and that they would correct and replace at no charge. It seemed that for over a couple of years I had not copay due or a balance. The billing person said that I had a credit and they would be applying the current visit to the overage on the account? The past several months, I have received a composite statements dating to services and procedures all the way back to 2021. Billing department is a mess! If they are a mess in the front, rest assured they are a mess in the back! Regret having to write such a negative review, it is what it is!

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but there is a glaring problem I feel may affect other patients that needs to be addressed. Twice now the front office have made clerical errors that prevented me receiving treatment. I booked both of these appointments several months ago, only to be denied service. I would really appreciate professionalism and owning up to mistakes at the very least, but both times they assumed the mistake on my part, when it was the front desk that: 1) put the incorrect information for my insurance and 2) failed to send a confirmation to me despite me giving them several forms of contacting me I wouldn't be so disappointed if they owned up to the mistakes and apologized, but they didn't even do that. Waiting several months to be denied treatment all because of someone else's mistake is cruel.

I’ve been going to Mountain Dental for almost 3 years. I am never kept waiting and the office is well organized and friendly. I am very happy with the dental work I recently received for a broken tooth - now a cap. Another time a sore/sensitive tooth I was sure would need a root canal turned out to be sore from probably clenching my jaw. The dentist took a ‘wait and see’ approach which was correct to do.

10 stars if I could give it. The hygienist got plaque off my teeth that a prior hygienist said ‘just won’t come off’ and I can now feel the posterior side of individual lower incisors with my tongue as opposed to the wall of plaque that was there. They also made molds on the spot for whitening that were ready later the same day. All staff members I encountered were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Best dentist experience ever.

There was a lot of communication from the staff to (myself) the patient: this procedure will help with this ____ situation is that Okay? Asking me before they left if I needed anything or had any questions. Letting me know that they were expecting it to take more time, I texted my boss and they held to the time they estimated. Free WiFi for while you wait. During my filling and cleaning I was asked if I was doing okay and it was made clear at the beginning if I was in pain I was in control to ask them to stop and we can figure it out. Bottom line: excellent communication, clear costs, no unnecessary treatments, and friendly and professional staff.
